Grievance Redressal Mechanism

  • You can put your valid suggestions/complaints in this box or you can also contact the Hospital Superintendent directly.
  • The staff incharge of the complaint box opens the complaint box on Mondays and Thursday and gives the complaints to the Superintendent for investigation and action.
  • After analyzing the complaint, it will be handed over to the complaint redressal committee for the enquiry and report submission.
  • You will be contacted or invited as necessary during the consideration of complaints and suggestion.
  • After getting the report, Superintendent will initiate the correctives and preventive actions.
  • The decision taken on the complaints/suggestions will be informed to you if your Name, Address, Ward, IP Number and phone are available in the complaint.
  • Complaints and suggestions of a confidential nature are kept confidential and communicated to staff as required.
  • Please co-operate with the Hospital staff and security staff.
